Dark circles around eye, also known as eye bags, have many causes. The symptoms of which are expressed by increased visibility of the dark blood vessels in the thin skin around eyes. Conditions that increase blood flow in the area further darkens the blood vessels and dark circle appears. Age actually thins the skin that the vessel are more noticeable cause a permanent appearance.
