My best friend came from a well-to-do family, and during summer vacation, my best friend would invite me  to spend two weeks, with her,  at one of their beach houses.  Since both of her parents were quite busy with work, it would only be us and her aunt and her other siblings.  I was really excited, because this summer, we were trying out one of her dad’s new boats, and this was my first time.

The moment we reached their beach house, we instantly changed into our beach outfits and headed towards the boat, but before we had the chance to climb aboard, the captain said that the boat isn’t ready to set to sea yet.  There were routine check-ups to be made, like the Boat Supplies, there should be life vests,  tow boats, towing rope, radio and etc. The captain further explained to us that Boating Supplies are very important, since they can help us stay out of trouble or take us out of trouble.  He also tested if the two Bilge Pumps were in good condition, though the boat is new, there is no harm in checking everything again.  When it comes to the safety of the people aboard a boat, one can never be too sure.
