I know how important your properties are to you but there are some properties that you only seldom use and there are people who need it more. I really admire a friend of mine who have a car and a boat and he put those things into donations. There is an organization that accepts Car Donations, Boat Donations or House Donations. They are Christian non-profit that helps orphans with over 1500 sponsored through world vision, at-risk youth, a home for teen boys who need new direction in their lives and the homeless with donations of cars, boats, property and houses. They also produce children’s animations and send them absolutely free with the proceeds.

It is great to know that there are organizations like them.  Anyone can receive their uplifting life-changing movies free. They are presently building a remote rehabilitation facility for those addicted to alcohol drugs and those who have been through abuse. Donating to them is like sharing your efforts to them and for those who are truly in need. You can also buy used items  to them so that they can use the fund to continue their charity operations.
